Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Brisket
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • In a large casserole dish, combine the brisket, beef broth, chopped onions, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours, or until the brisket is tender.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
