Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender.
Drain excess fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Transfer mixture to a casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes:
Serve hot with a side of garlic bread or a fresh salad.
