Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Butternut Squash, cubed
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the butternut squash, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
