Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the wild rice according to package instructions.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked wild rice, mushrooms, vegetable broth, milk, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbling.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole can be made ahead and reheated.
