Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a Pyrex dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • In a small bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter, then sprinkle this over the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Notes:

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
