Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Pork Roll sliced
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Layer the sliced pork roll in a baking dish.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the pork roll.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Top with bread crumbs.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
