Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
  • Pour Alfredo sauce over the meatballs.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Serve with a side of garlic bread or a green salad for a complete meal.
