Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, black beans, corn, salsa, and taco seasoning. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to add some chopped jalapeños for an extra kick!
