sour cream

shredded cheddar cheese

chopped green onions

bread crumbs

butter

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the potato mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole can be made a day ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
