Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 package Refrigerated Biscuit Dough 8 oz

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in tomato sauce and frozen corn. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Place biscuit dough pieces on top of the cheese layer.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite vegetables or spices to customize this casserole.
