Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in tomato sauce and frozen corn. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Place biscuit dough pieces on top of the cheese layer.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
