Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
Stir in tomato sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, combine cooked pasta and beef mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
