Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
Stir in chopped spinach, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms.
