Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in chopped spinach, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms.
