ricotta cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

marinara sauce

dried oregano

garlic powder
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, marinara sauce, dried oregano, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Add the cooked ground beef to the cheese mixture. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some chopped spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
