Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for gatherings and can be made ahead of time.
