Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Add shrimp to the sauce and cook until pink and cooked through.
  • Combine cooked pasta and shrimp Alfredo sauce. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This dish pairs well with a simple green salad.
