Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pulled Pork
  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Add salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, and pulled pork.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

For extra flavor, top with breadcrumbs before baking.
