Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Add salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, and pulled pork.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes:
For extra flavor, top with breadcrumbs before baking.
