In a large mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, tomato sauce, black beans, corn, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
