Ingredients:

  • 1 lb asparagus trimmed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the trimmed asparagus in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over it.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the asparagus is tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
