Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups pasta
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add ground turkey, cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in marinara sauce and cooked pasta. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the casserole for extra nutrition.
