Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add ground turkey, cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in marinara sauce and cooked pasta. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the casserole for extra nutrition.
