Ingredients:

  • 6 large potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, chopped onion, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
