Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheeses until melted and smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes:

Feel free to add cooked pasta or vegetables to make it a more substantial meal.
