Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, milk, and cooked rice.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a metal casserole dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
