Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, milk, and cooked rice.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a metal casserole dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables or substitute with your favorites.
