Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, BBQ sauce, corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more veggies or spices to suit your taste.
