Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Brown pork chops in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions.
  • In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and milk.
  • Place pork chops in a baking dish.
  • Spread stuffing over pork chops.
  • Pour soup mixture over the stuffing.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
