Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Brown pork chops in a skillet over medium heat.
Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions.
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and milk.
Place pork chops in a baking dish.
Spread stuffing over pork chops.
Pour soup mixture over the stuffing.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
