Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and the meat sauce. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with crumbled feta cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
This Greek casserole is a great make-ahead meal. You can prepare it the night before and bake it the next day.
