Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the kidney beans and diced tomatoes (with juice) to the skillet. Stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can add more veggies like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor and nutrition.
