Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf Brioche bread cut into cubes
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and add the cubed brioche bread.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, ensuring all pieces are well-coated.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

For a sweeter touch, drizzle with maple syrup or sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
