Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and spread the bread crusts evenly in the dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread crusts, making sure all pieces are soaked.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
