Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 cups Bread crusts cut into cubes
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and spread the bread crusts evenly in the dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bread crusts, making sure all pieces are soaked.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Great with a drizzle of maple syrup or a dusting of powdered sugar.
