Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables bell peppers, onions, spinach
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Add the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
