Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots 32 oz
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning 1 oz
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped green onions

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning to the ground beef according to the packet instructions.
  • In a baking dish, spread the cooked ground beef evenly.
  • Top with a layer of frozen tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Top with sour cream, salsa, black olives, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

You can customize the toppings to your liking. Try adding jalapeños, guacamole, or any of your favorite nacho toppings.
