Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the ground beef according to the packet instructions.
In a baking dish, spread the cooked ground beef evenly.
Top with a layer of frozen tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are crispy and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Return to the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Top with sour cream, salsa, black olives, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
You can customize the toppings to your liking. Try adding jalapeños, guacamole, or any of your favorite nacho toppings.
