In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
Add salt, black pepper, and melted butter to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
Take a small amount of mashed potatoes and flatten it in your hand. Place a bit of ground beef and cheese in the center, then roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining potatoes.
Roll each potato ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Place the potato balls in a baking dish and bake for 30-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
