Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 large Potatoes peeled and boiled
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Cooked Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
  • Add salt, black pepper, and melted butter to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
  • Take a small amount of mashed potatoes and flatten it in your hand. Place a bit of ground beef and cheese in the center, then roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining potatoes.
  • Roll each potato ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  • Place the potato balls in a baking dish and bake for 30-45 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite seasonings to the mashed potatoes for extra flavor.
