Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage sliced
  • 4 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 cups Sauerkraut
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  • Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned.
  • In a baking dish, layer the diced potatoes, sauerkraut, and sausage mixture.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
