canned, drained and rinsed
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped tamales, corn, black beans, and salsa.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream on top.
