Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb sausage Italian or breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked pasta any type
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, combine the cooked pasta with the meat mixture. Mix well.
  • Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add your favorite veggies to the mix for extra flavor and nutrition.
