Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
In a baking dish, combine the cooked pasta with the meat mixture. Mix well.
Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
