Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:
