quinoa

shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a pot, bring the quinoa and water to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
