Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, cook the sliced carrots in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked carrots, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
