mini marshmallows
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed yams, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the top of the yam mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
