Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, and Velveeta cheese cubes.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Top with an even layer of tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
