Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Velveeta Cheese cubed
  • 1 bag Tater Tots
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, and Velveeta cheese cubes.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Top with an even layer of tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add vegetables like peas or carrots for extra nutrition.
