Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and flour.
Add the drained pineapple and shredded cheese to the bowl and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, combine the melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers.
Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the pineapple mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
