Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Boil cabbage in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour until smooth.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted.
Combine cabbage and cheese sauce, then transfer to a baking dish.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
