Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Boil cabbage in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour until smooth.
  • Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • Add cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted.
  • Combine cabbage and cheese sauce, then transfer to a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
