Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, sausage, diced tomatoes, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more veggies like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
