Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Place the cubed French bread in a greased baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well-coated.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, chopped pecans, and ground cinnamon for the topping.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
