Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Add the shredded cheese, diced ham, bell pepper, onion, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
