Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Cut biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
Layer cooked sausage over the biscuits, then pour the egg mixture over the top.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
