Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese
  • 1 can Biscuits refrigerated
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut biscuits into quarters and place them in a greased baking dish.
  • Layer cooked sausage over the biscuits, then pour the egg mixture over the top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
