Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the leftover Al Pastor, cooked rice, black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
