Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese and diced ham.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Feel free to add your favorite low-carb vegetables or swap the ham for bacon or sausage.
