Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb bay scallops
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the bay scallops in a baking dish and cover with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the scallops are cooked through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some chopped parsley for garnish.
