Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the bay scallops in a baking dish and cover with the breadcrumb mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the scallops are cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add some chopped parsley for garnish.
