Salt to taste
Instructions:
Rinse and soak beans overnight.
Cook beans in water until tender.
In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Add chorizo, onion, and garlic. Cook until browned.
Add tomatoes and jalapeño. Cook for a few minutes.
Add mixture to beans. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir in cilantro and salt. Serve hot.
Notes:
For a spicier stew, add more jalapeños or use a spicier variety of chorizo.
