Ingredients:

mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, clams)

chicken broth

eggs

lemon juice
1/2

orzo pasta

onion, chopped

cloves
garlic, minced

olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add orzo pasta and cook until al dente.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and lemon juice together.
Slowly add a ladle of hot broth to the egg mixture, whisking constantly to temper the eggs.
Gradually add the egg mixture back into the pot, stirring constantly.
Add mixed seafood and cook until seafood is done.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes:
For a thicker stew, you can add a bit more orzo pasta.
